My journey didn’t start with a perfect strategy. It started with people.
I began my career in retail as a boutique manager. There, I discovered how visual storytelling, emotion, and genuine human connection drive decisions. Long before I learned about marketing funnels and strategies, I already understood one fundamental truth: people don’t connect with products — they connect with meaning.
That insight pulled me into the corporate world. I worked across various roles — telemarketer, marketing assistant, sales executive, channel officer, and account manager — mainly in the IT industry. Every position was different, but the core skill remained the same: turning complex ideas into simple, clear messages and transforming conversations into trust.
Throughout my career, one thing never faded — the strong pull toward entrepreneurship. Even as a child, I was always finding creative ways to earn, build, and express ideas. That inner drive eventually led me to take the leap into freelancing.
With no clear blueprint, I taught myself graphic design, started with small projects, and learned by doing. One skill led to another — from graphic design to UX design, then web design — until I eventually co-founded a creative agency.
Today, through YUI Digital Studio (where YUI stands for Your Unique Impact), I help creators, professionals, and brands transform their scattered skills, big ideas, and untapped potential into clear systems, authentic stories, and content that genuinely connects with their audience.
I didn’t build this overnight. I built it by staying curious, paying close attention, and consistently choosing clarity over noise.

My professional journey started in Sales and Marketing within the IT industry. In 2011, I made the shift to freelance graphic design. A year later, I co-founded VisualNotch, a web development agency, alongside a colleague. Over the next five years, the agency grew steadily, earning us a solid reputation and a valuable network of clients and industry friends. However, a combination of personal challenges and evolving market conditions eventually led me to reassess my career priorities.
The intense pressure of managing demanding clients and financial constraints, particularly during the pandemic, left me burned out and overwhelmed. This challenging time pushed me to seek greater personal fulfillment. I began supporting others on their mental health journeys, immersed myself in self-help and personal development, and started exploring passive income ventures, including digital products and affiliate marketing.
Driven by this new passion, I decided to create YUI Digital, a platform designed to support and guide aspiring entrepreneurs in mastering the digital world. Launched in 2024, I’m excited to connect and collaborate with future partners, businesses, and students to help them thrive in the digital era.
